Trauma & grief therapy
in Dehradun & online

Some experiences stay in the body long after they’re over. You don’t have to carry them alone, or tell the whole story before you’re ready.

WHO IT’S FORAfter loss, shock,
or a hard chapter.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means it hurts less to remember.

Grief rarely follows the stages in books, and trauma doesn’t always look like what people expect.

Our work is trauma-informed: safety comes first, you set the pace, and you stay in control of what we talk about. We begin by steadying everyday life, sleep, triggers and overwhelm, before gently making sense of what happened. For grief, this is a place to miss someone out loud, without being told to move on.

People often come for

  • The loss of a parent, partner, child or friend
  • Accidents, sudden events or medical scares
  • Painful childhood or family experiences
  • Breakups, divorce or estrangement
  • Flashbacks, numbness or always feeling on guard
  • Grief that others think should be “over” by now

HOW SESSIONS WORK

Safety first,
always at your pace.

Feeling steady.

We build ways to calm your body and get through hard days before going anywhere deeper.

Making sense of it.

When you’re ready, we gently look at what happened and what it left behind. You can pause at any time.

Living alongside it.

Over time, the memory takes up less room, and there’s more space for the life around it.

QUESTIONS

Things people
often ask.

Will I have to talk about everything that happened?

No. You decide what to share and when. Much of the early work doesn’t need the details at all.

It happened years ago. Is it too late?

It’s never too late. Old experiences can still be worked through, often with real relief.

Is grief counselling only for a death?

No. Losing a relationship, a home, health or a hoped-for future can bring grief too.

What if I get overwhelmed in a session?

We slow down or stop. You’ll learn grounding tools early so you leave each session feeling steady.

Gently, together,
when you’re ready.

Start with a first conversation. You can share as little as you like.
